Everything you need is close by, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The spacious and aesthetically decorated rooms, with sumptuous furnishings, provide a perfect retreat. The staff go above and beyond, providing genuine and excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel offers free wifi, adding to the convenience of your stay.

Some guests have noted that the gym facilities are limited and located in a small basement room.

We were really surprised by the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere at Charlotte Street Hotel. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was really good, and we loved the comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the variety of cooked dishes. The cocktails at the bar were also a highlight. we highly recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the warm and friendly atmosphere at the hotel. The staff were pretty good too make us feel welcome. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with many popular attractions within walking distance. We were also pleased to find a variety of excellent restaurants in the vicinity, making it easy to find a delicious meal.

One downside of our stay was the lack of included breakfast in the room price. We were surprised by this, considering the length of our stay.

Comfortable room with impressive interior design. Large bathroom with great shower and soft towels. Amazing smelling toiletries provided. Quiet room with no outside or hallway noise. Helpful staff. Plenty of breakfast choices. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with its great location close to West End theatres and the downtown area. The room was luxurious, tastefully decorated, and larger than expected. The modern bathroom and complimentary champagne were lovely touches. The staff provided amazing customer service, from check-in to concierge. The hotel's proximity to shops and the downtown area made it convenient for exploring. Breakfast had a fantastic selection and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great. We can't wait to visit again!
